Company that can't retain their clients

I'm very disappointed in service that I received from cell c. I once cancelled my data contract but then I called in the same day to stop the cancellation which was approved, to my surprise the cancellation was processed. When I called in to find out what happened I was told that I need to apply for a contract again but didn't qualify.
