Company is ruining my life without any reason

I wrote a review weeks ago about the company that I've never missed any payment since I started a contract with them in 2019 and they switched off my line and my phone is not working. And I got a reply from them stating that I will be helped but even today no help not even an sms or email from them so please help me I am begging now my life is a mess and I can't communicate with banks at work nor Collage and it's disruptive and they ruined my credit score.
