Cell c for almost 3months had system issues for debiting.i have writing on help Peter. I have been contacting thrm. Payments are up to date but they don't update on their records. My credit score has drastically went down due to cell c and nothing is being done about this. I get smses to say my account is behind and when I call them the consultants just say I should ignore the smses its system error but they don't update that my account is up to date. How do I sue this company. I cant even apply for anything due to cell c taking my credit score down.

Since August I've been complaining about the same thing. I'm at a process to apply for home loan and now your stupid mistakes must ruin things for me. I hate cell c.
