Compaint about a perticular sales consultant at Cell C Vaal mall
I would like to review my complain about a sales consultant at Cell C in Vaal mall. I'm not happy with the sales consultant services I hope this gets to the manager and he immediately deals with it
Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct himself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the store manager to have this kind of behavior rectified.
