I sent my phone for repairs and I received my price quote. I then send an enquiry email asking to settle the payment in a period of 3 months. They rep**** and said they will get back to me till today I haven't had a response. When I call the call centre number it takes too long to get assistance more than 30 -45 minutes on the phone waiting for a consultant. I had 1 or 2 missed calls but I was at a work meeting.
