I submitted a request on Saturday to have my phone blacklisted and was unfortunately sent from pillar to post by the call centre agents.
After posting on HelloPeter, Jhonny reached out and resolved my matter in less than 15 minutes. He treated my case with real urgency and professionalism when no one else did.
