Come on Cell C sort me out!!!

Cell C repair center gives the worst service ever. Sent my phone in for repairs for the second time this year. Phone was returned to the branch fixed but without a sim cover. I've been waiting for 2 weeks now just for feedback regarding the sim cover. I did not take possession of the phone as it does not have a sim cover. It took about 7 working days for the phone to be fixed and 10+ working days just to find the misplaced sim cover?
