come on cell c catch a wake up

so i had a problem with cell c double debit me,sending 2x contracts when i took out 1x contract,been trying to get help to sort the mess they made since may 2023 last year.obviously some fool cancelled my contract so now according to them im liable to pay the whole contract because i have the phone but they forget about the other benefits i lost due to this.so i finally spoke to a manager from social media department and her assistant named tracy ,so i agreed to just pay because you can not make cell c understand,bottom line they just want your money.so tracy told me they will call to arrange payment plan which total is roughly R4400.i eventually get a call from an agent stating i need to pay R9000 like really now,so back down to square 1 again so looks like another year will go till tracy calls me ,which i emailed her on 5th june 2024,10th june 2024 aswell as yesterday i took the time to call with no response as the manager said she wason a call and will call me back,its already 09h46 am no 1 has called ,but guess what they will finally call in a few days and give their sad excuses .people i beg you not to take out contracts with cell c unless you want to go through with what i am battling with,these people are ruthless and will just take your money.i have proof of emails,phone calls,of all that has being going on.i have had enough of cell c now.i urge you people to stay away from cell c.
