Agreed to a contract with cell c effective 1st Oct. 2015. No phone or tablet was delivered. upon inquiry i was told i was not financially sound. So no contract. Now suddenly i owe money on my contract. What contract ? What service. Also train your ladies phoning for debt in the art of communication. This is so stupid i am actually gob smacked.
