come collect ur faulty phone

Ref number OBS163461, cell c was supposed to collect their faulty phone yesterday, I call the call centre today and I am given ref number *** and the lady still cannot tell me when cell c will collect their faulty phone and deliver one that works.But on the 25 cell c will be debiting me in FULL but I cannot use the phone<br> Sort this out now or cancel the contract.
