Collecting money for no service

I have been with CellC for many years. With four contracts I have been happy until recently when my signal started going away. I have been to the local CellC branch and was told to do a sim swap. This has since been done three times. I was then told that the device is no longer compatible with the network. Because it was still long before an upgrade I bought another CellC approved device which is also no longer compatible.

Now I have phoned CellC on so many occasions. I have communicated on Facebook for the past three weeks and been promised feedback but still nothing. No service. I have a medical condition where I regularly require assistance which I cannot get due to no network. I am fed up with having to pay R700 a month for various CellC products which don't work when my life depends on them. This is definitely not acceptable.

Action is taken when someone cannot pay their contract but nothing is done when the supplier cannot provide a service or at least communicate the problem or make another arrangement. I am not able to pay an amount to cancel my contracts early so I am therefore forced to stay with CellC as are many other unlucky subscribers.
