Cncel contrct w/out my req&stil dedct pmt after 3m

I had a Cell phone as well as a data contract with Cell C.<br> <br> On 20th April 2015 I emailed Cell C specifying that I'm cancelling my CELLPHONE contract only (2years expired and I was moving over to a new service provider), not mentioning anything about my Data contract. <br> On 16 May 2015, my data was disconnected. I contacted Cell C only to find out that they cancelled my Data contract as well (which I didn't request them to do in the first place). <br> Debit order payment went off at end May and I went into bank to reverse the debit order, and put a stop order on the debit orders from Cell C. <br> End June another payment was deducted, which I left, thinking that it would probably be the final payment which may have been due. <br> And now, end July, (today) they took another payment from my bank account. I have spent numerous occasions trying to resolve this matter, but then the Cell C agents will ask me to hold on, only to be cut off after 30-60 minutes. <br> This is ****************. They still taking payments from my account even though THEY cancelled my contract.<br> This is pathetic and I am now at the point of taking legal action.
