Good morning,<br> <br> I app**** for a contract for iPhone 6 64gb ON Epic 150 at R449.00 on the 5th of January and it was approved the following week. I have just been informed that they you are out of stock for this device (BUT U STILL OFFERING IT ON YOUR WEBSITE). I then asked for an alternative option and I was told you only have iPhone 6 16g and iPhone 6s 16g, I asked for a iphone 6s 16g only to be told that it is now R 629.00 instead of R449.00 when I app**** for a contract<br> <br> My request is can I get an alternative device on the prices that it was when i app**** for the contract since it is cell c who approved the device even though the device was out of stock.<br> <br> When my contract was approved the iPhone 16s 16g was R449.00 this should be the price of my alternative.<br> <br> PS i sent this query to ur customer care on the 12th of february, Incident no ***. im still waiting for a reply<br>
