CLUELESS, HELPLESS, USELESS, SLAAP TIGER - CELL C

No Reception in Klerksdorp with Cell C. *********** people calling me. Trying to sound very intelligent. Asking the same questions, press this, is your phone on roaming. Press here, go in there, put the setting to that. We dont know what the problem is, it must be you, not Cell C. We think your aura interferes with our signal blah blah. (Not verbatim but that is basically what it comes down to.) Equating to no resolution!! They think if they call once and didn't get a solution, that if they ignore it, it will go away. I pay R1100 per month for my Cell C contract. I can't even hear the supposedly technical people properly when they call me. The line dropped like it usually do and the technical guy even made an excuse and said the line problem is on his side. I said that is how it is every single day and I still need to be in this utterly frustrating non existing contract for another year. MY ADVICE IS STAY STAY FROM CELL C DATA OR PHONE CONTRACTS IN THE KOSH AREA. KLERKSDORP ORKNEY STILFONTEIN AND HARTEBEESFONTEIN. THEY DON'T WANT TO HELP AND EVEN THE TWO TIMES THAT THEY TRIED TO HELP YOU CAN CLEARLY HEAR THE PERSON ON THE OTHER SIDE IS CLUELESS. Everytime someone "politely" comments on my complaints. Also just for a show. I will write a review that it is fixed when it is fixed promise. Up until then then, you the public can know they don't want to make their customers happy. Just take their money. Stay away from this Slaap Tiger Network!
