Clueless Call centre

I called in to complain about the fact that I couldn't use ussd codes for the past month, after a lot of troubleshooting and calling in... I was told to go to a cell c store. The problem with this is I don't have the time not the money to drive 80km to a cell c store to get this rectified where will the money come from, I'm using an esim with hopes that I don't have to visit a cell c store ever again. Cell c please fix my problem without me forking out money to visit a store when I'm unemployed. I love you guys but this is unacceptable.
