Clueless...

<p>I cancelled my contract in May2017, Cell C neglected to put the final debit order through for two months running but had the cheek to harass me for the money. I paid the amount 5.7.2017 via eft due to their incompetence only to now be debited at the end of July. My bank returned the debit order for me, but Cell C put it through again 3 days later. Not one person can actually tell me what is going on and each person tells a different story?? I have sent through proof of payment with the correct cell phone reference but to date that payment does not reflect. I have now incurred bank charges and my credit rating with Transunion has been affected.</p>
