Closed contract

I have paid Cel C lat year April and cancel my contract to date am getting threatening calls and SMS from Cel C of taking Legal action against me. I have been to Cel C Alberton to get banking details to pay an amount of +R223 of which it was paid in april 2017, I called their call centre with no joy, in December I went to Southgate provide the consultant with the proof of payment, I called the Legal department forwarded my proof of payment to the Legal consultant via email, send watsapp to the debt collectors that Cel c handed me over to. I am sick and tired of this ******* service am getting from Cel C, am waiting for Cel C to blacklist me for the amount I paid them, the proof of payment I gave to date no one is willing to trace my payment. Here are my questions to Cel C legal department 1. If Cel C didn't receive payment from me how did they manage to stop giving me airtime?? 2. How come they stopped deducting money from my account cause there is no way that your system will cancel a debit order for no reason 3. I promise you if I found out that am blacklisted by Cel C I will get a lawyer and sue you guys surely there is a lawyer out there who will take you down for this case and charge unreasonable fee, this is my reputation we talking about am in Finance my job description doesn't allow me to be blacklisted if my name is blacklisted. or after destroying my reputation, my job, my life you will hire. Lets play this game I think very soon its going to favour me, I have tried my best to meet you have way to even go to an extent of getting prof of payment from a closed account what more do you want from me
