Closed Cell C shown as Active on credit report

I had a Cell C contract for one month in 2019. I cancelled the contract after having settled it. This account though is still shown as Active on my credit reports. I have confirmed with Cell C that it has been closed and asked them several months ago to update the records but they clearly have not.
