CLOSED ACCOUNT RECORDS FUNDS OWING: REQUESTING LETTER OF CLOSURE!!!

I would like to express my sincere disatisfaction on your poor service. Today is Thursday, I have been calling your contact centre since Monday and everytime i reach someone i am told something different. To the the point where i was told to call Hammond Pole attorneys where they almost laughed at me sending be back to your support. All i want is for you to give me a confirmation letter that my account is closed after more than 3 years now. When i try to open a clothing account or contract i am told that i still owe you money which is completely untrue. Please update this account with all credit bureas as closed!!! Or i will consult thr ombudsman for help
