CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!
I have not been a client of them for more than two years but it still shows up on my credit reports. I have sent numerous emails to get the account closed but I just keep getting an automated response that the request was sent to the legal department?
I know with COVID things are different but companies can only blame COVID19 for so long before they need to take action and sort out their customer queries.
