cllc poorest service ever

Sunday 1 may we went to celc mall@carnival to look at their current contracts,we decided to take out a new contract out on an iphone 6 plus,as we allready have two contracts with celc it would have been easy to upgrade a higher contract . At first they did a credit check on itc to see if I would qualify for this contract and I was informed that I only qualified for a R500 contract and the new contract was R579 so we decided to take out the contract on my wifes name, further I was advised that I would have to cancel my current month to month contract and have to switch over to a new contract with all sorts of costs and then later change the number to my name with further costs. We were told that the device would take 3 working days to arive as they do not have stock and would have to order it. Thursday the 5th we were informed that the device had arived and we could come and colect it,on our arival we found that they ordered an iphone 6 instead of an iphone 6 plus. We are all human and we all make mistakes, but how you rectify your mistake is what makes the difference. I asked the store manager if he could contact other stores to try and locate the iphone that I was looking at and he told me that the other stores would not have stock of this phone as it has to be ordered. He did not even try to source another phone from another store and we were told that he would have to reorder the phone and there was nothing he could do about this. We told him that we would go somewhere alse if that is the type of service he provided. We asked for his managers number and he refused and told us that we had to call the call centre. I tried the call centre on friday but gave up after half an hour of being transfered from one person to the next. We later returned to the store and told them to reorder the iphone 6 plus as no one else had the same deal that we were looking for and requestes that he would contact us the next day. Friday came and went,no one contacted us. Sa****ay afternoon 12h00 we phoned the store again and the manager piced up the phone. We asked him again to phone around to see if he could find a store with this phone in stock. He agreed and half an hour later he contacted us and told us he found one at cel c sandton city,we asjked him if he could have the phone transfered to his store and we were told that we had to go and collect the phone ourselves at Sandton city. We could only go to cellc Sandton city the next mornig as we allready had plans for the afternoon. The next morning we went to sandton city to collect the phone and to our ama*****t Tebogo Molaba informed us that I actualy did qualify for the phone and that I could simply upgrade my currnt package to get the phone on my name with no problems. My question is how did Sandton city get my contract aproved on my name without any hasels. We spent half of mothers day sorting this contract out and could only be with our parents at about 14h00. I am sorry so say but the store manager at mall@carnival is not fit to manage a toilet and I would not set foot in his store again as this is the worst service I ever experienced
