clients keep the promises but not cell c

I just want to give cell c a 5 star for their exceptional BAD service that they provide. It's almost been 3 weeks since they made me yet another false promise of sorting out their mistakes that they made on my NEW account. But please sir don't post on hello peter again we will sort it out for you. Well here I am again trying to sort out what they owe me again on hello peter because CELL C could not deliver once again. Please do not fall for the same mistake that I made and buy out at cell c. They do not deliver on there promises and they pass the buck like it's a tennis match.
