Clearence letter
Someone took an S20 Samsung using my name that was a ***** case and I reported to Cell C and an investigation was done and I told everything has been sorted and I wasn't given detailed feedback. Now my credit record is affected and I can't get any approval from Banks due to this affecting my credit record. I've request a clearence letter and apparently the department that has to send through this is not reachable via email or phone calls as well and all documents were submitted accordingly and no response till now.

06 Sept 2022, 09:28I've already waited more than 48hr I submitted all the required docs on the 31 August 2022 and you told me you will get back to me within 48hr and still no response till now. I have waited far too long and I'm beginning to lose hope that I will ever get my clearance letter.

I have app**** for the home loan and this is ruining my credit record they want confirmation that this was a ***** case so I can get approval for funding. Please treat this an urgent request the deadline is today.

I'm so disappointed in you Cell C you don't prioritize us and your ***** Department is very slow and ********.

Howa long does it takes for ***** Team to send the Clearance Letter cause this was 3scalated to them on the 31st August 2020 it almost 8 days later. This is so frustrating now!.
