Clearance Letter received!

I think its only fair I share this new development. I have just received my clearance letter, Hopefully this will erase what has been a thorn in my life. It is heartbreaking and disappointing that it took a bad review in order to be assisted. I work in the Client care department myself and know what I signed up for and is expected of Me. CELL C customer care should step up and refrain from doing the bare minimum. I am grateful to a platform such as Hello peter for their existence as I am unsure if I would have ever been assisted. I am counting down the days until my name is cleared. Thank you PHUMZILE MBULI for your constant follow up and updates, Please update me accordingly as discussed.
