Clearance letter for reference ***

I have been trying to clear my name for this entire year now customer care cannot find my previous contract nor any payments under reference number: ***.

Payment has been done on 2 occasions (2021-01-31 AND 2021-02-25) whereas no letter nor clearance of my account has been made. Because of this, I have been struggling to open any account under my name due to the lack of follow up on Cell C's end.

This is unacceptable. Can someone urgently contact me on the following number ***, explaining why it has not been cleared till date, 2021-08-04 and explain why my name has not been cleared let alone no letter of account been paid off has not been sent out.
