Clearance letter

I have are problem with cellc,because same people they open an account with my name 🙄and I found out coz they deduct my money from my account then I go to cellc they told me to go to police station to do affidavit and I'd cope certify with my signature then I submit,they stop deduct the money from my account, so now I apply are house the banks they want are Clearence letters I went to cellc several time they don't help me with anything, I hope you will help me, Noria Gana Rikhotso
