Clearance letter

I paid off a cell c account last month and have been calling to request a clearance letter, I am being sent from pillar to post, no one seems to be the ryt person to assist. I sent an email with a proop of payment a long time ago up to this date no acknowledgment no nothing. I just want the account removed on my itc because I no longer owe the company.
