Clearance letter

My Sipho Molefe Around may 2021 I was a victim of ***** in one of cell C shop whereby someone took phones under my name. At cell C they asked me to send documents to solve the problem. I have sent all the required documents to cell C. Surprisingly this year when I apply for a vehicle financing I found out that I have been listed as a perpetrator instead of a victim. I have been phoning and sending emails but it looks like my case is far from ending. All I need is a clearance letter for my life to continue. Please help Case no: ***
