Clearance at credit bureau ASAP

I have a problem Cell sent my account to the Layers (Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates) without informing me, when the Lawyers called me, I made the payment to them within 2 days (paid in full) that was the 6th of September 2022, up until today I haven't received the paid-up letter and I'm still listed with credit bureau. I have been phoning cell c and the Lawyers but I'm being sent from pillar to post with no help, and I need that clearance ASAP. Amount paid R1325 including the Lawyers' fees.
