Clear my name from South African ***** Services

My name is Kenosi Felicia Mongoabone(cell no:***) residing in mafikeng,i had a contract with cell C (a router and sim with 20gig data)delivered in December 2019,according to the agreement i was told that i am going pay R99PM on the 15th of every month stating from January 2020 for 24 months and that they dont require any upfront payment.They decided to debit an amount of R99 on the 31st December 2019 and R348 on the 15th of January 2020.I then decided to reverse the R348 amount because it was not according to our agreement...Cell C then decide to report me to South African ***** services that i comitted a fraught and my bank account was stopped since last week saturday to date...I told Cell C that they need to write an email to south african ***** service to clear up my name so that my bank account can be Re-opened,Till now Cell C has not taken any Action regarding the matter
