Clear my name and update my details!!!

I have paid up cell c aalready, they promised me that they'd clear my name but they still haven't. They told me right here on helopeter but i guess they just wanted to brush me off. Whenever i check my credit score, cell c appears. That time i have closed their contracts last year in March!!!!! Taking up a contract with cell c is the worst decision I've ever made !!!!
