hi there<br> <br> my complaint is still not resolved. cell c said that my phone would take a week to get back to me fixed. it took 5 days just to fetch it from the shop and when i asked why they simply said...'the shop let me down' then it took another 3 days to get to Johannesburg and now its been with repairs for 2 weeks. and this whole process was supposed to take 5 days. and the feedback is shocking... they never call when they promise and the feedback is always the same \they still busy\" . worst company ever"
