Clarity requested relating to international roaming with no answer

I am currently in France for an extended work stay and initially did not require any sort of international roaming prior to my departure. However due to some unforeseen circumstances it is now required that I can receive SMS's on my South African Cell C number. When consulting Cell C's website international roaming is available in France, however under the prepaid tab France is not listed under the list of countries. Which begs the question, if I have a prepaid account with Cell C, does that mean I do not have the ability to activate my international roaming in France?

I have tried to email Cell C's customer service on two separate occasions (May 19, 2019 and May 22, 2019) using this address: ********** in order to find out if there is a way around this. Unfortunately I have yet to receive a reply and either need to be able to activate the international roaming or have a contingency plan in the very near future. My family in South Africa has also called the Cell C customer service hotline twice trying to help me solve the problem. The first saying that I should use the code *106*2# which does not work and the second saying there is no way to solve this problem unless I come into a Cell C store or come back to South Africa to initiate roaming.

I am just looking for some clarity on the matter.
