Clarity On Account -

i had 3 contracts with cell c, last year around October i had them all closed.last month my account was debited by cell for the 3 contracts i had (this is 6.5 Months after having closed the accounts). so i called the billing department and asked if this is cell c and if so why am i being debited? the lady told me that no such debit order has/was set up by them and that they know nothing of it. so i went to the bank and had the money reversed. yesterday i spoke to Cell c legal about my accounts and the guy i spoke with, said my account is paid up.<br> Today i Bongani calls me to make a payment arrangement, as the last payment was not made. so i got angry at this as i was talking to cell c and no one told me anything. now i am being called like i ran away from paying you guys what i owed you.<br> here's why i write this, i asked Bongani did they cancel the debit order which was set up for the last payment and why wait 6 months before calling me or making any kind of movement. so i asked him to escalate this to a manager so that i can get explanation he told that if i am not making an arrangement then this call is over. <br> the nerve of you Cell C. i am absolutely disgusted by this:(
