Clandestine operation
This is not the first or second time I have complained to Cell C regarding the ***** on my account. I have a paid up letter that the account is settled yet I am harassed for R70 that I am told is outstanding despite my paid up letter. My question is why do we have to take it to socials to get assistance from you guys? Why can’t you just be honest and sort it out? You’re a clandestine operation. My credit score is being affected as I’m not paying the “outstanding amount” because I DONT OWE YOU MONEY!
You are ****s and cheats. May you reap what you sow.
