Claims From CELL C- C Surance

Good day My name is Ebrahiem Ceasar I took out a contract with Cell C as well as Insurance. my phone was ****** on the 11Oct 2018 and did the necessary went to the police went back to the store and filled in the claims form paid the access fees on the 20th Oct 2018 and was told to wait for 5/7 working days .Till today I have not received any feedback from them with regards to when I will be getting my phone. I will not recommend anyone I know to take out a phone with Cell C as their services are very poor and it takes very long for claims to be processed. If your payments are late they are quick to suspend your services but when they owe you or you claim they take their own time. This is real bad Service CELL C
