CLAIMS

I was ****** on the 28/03/2023 and my phone was taken and blacklisted the phone the same day. The ITC was provided and went to the policy station to open a case the same day. On the 1/04/2023 I went to CELL C in canal walk to be assisted to do a claim. And they assisted me me there, however when doing a follow up on the the CELL C DEVICE ins they claim the IMEI number they have is different from the one I have. I sent them pictures of the phone with IMEI number but their are still refusing to assist. The problem is I've played my role on my side where the IMEI number is concerned its none of my business as it is an internal error from their side. Bad experience ever I thought being ****** was the worst ordeal until I had to deal with CELL C
