CLAIMING I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WHEN IT IS CLOSED!!!!
I have just found that Cell C has put a mark on my credit record. I had a Fibre line with them for many years and when I moved I closed my account and paid up to date! I have emails and statements to prove it is at R0. But they say I owe them on my credit report!!! I have tried contacting them but NO ONE replies to emails or messages! CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME!!! This is not acceptable!!!
