Claim not attended to

<p>Hello Peter</p> <p>I have a problem with my ****** phone Insurance. My insurance is C-Insurance with cell c. i bought my new phone on the 3rd of October 2016 and insured it on the same day. On the 8th of october i was ****** and they stole my phone. after the incident I've called several times and emailed my documents but still they haven't gotten back to me and now they are not taking my calls. please kindly help me resolve the matter because I don't know what to do now.</p>
