Claim not approve, without any reasons.
I have put in a claim of my cellphone samsung galaxy J7 at cell C device insurance, I had open a case for housebreaking and theft i did also send all the details to cell C device insurance.no one of cell c device insurance did contact me, after about 3months they send me an email that my claim is not approve due to terms and conditions.I dont understand i need futher invertigation regarding this Please.I am a loyal customer of cell c more then 10years. I request assistance to this regard.
