Claim for ****** cellphone

I claimed a ****** cellphone at the end of March this year and till this day I haven't received the phone back. The insurance requested me to pay a few to receive the phone. That information alone took more than 3 months to get to me. I paid the fee at the C Cell store at the Mall @ Carnival and till this day I am still waiting for my cellphone. It been over 6 months now and I am paying for a phone and insurance that's not even in my possession. I am very aggravated by this matter and I request an urgent update and my phone to be available for collection at Mall @ Carnival latest this weekend (Nov 14, 2015). <br> <br> Thank you<br> <br>
