CLAIM FOR A HANDSET YET TO BE RECEIVED

I lodged a claim on the 31/12/14 approved then paid excess on the 19/01 was advised the phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) will be delivered at Cell C Maponya between 5-8 working days. Called the branch several times even after the 8 working days have elapsed the phone hasn't been delived. Called C Surance on the 30/01/15 the lady advised there was a problem with a particular number not sure what it was but the consultant that worked my query on the 19/01 didnt include it she'll get back to me 1st thing on the 02/02 never received any feedback when i called i found out there was no note of me calling on the 30/01. called again on the 02/02 requested to speak a team leader advised they are all in a meeting then spoke to another consultant who advised she'll find out what happened with the phone from the suppliers advised she'll get back to me on the 03/02 never received any feed back called again requested to speak the same consultant (Mapule) advised she's yet to get feedback from the suppliers never called me as there was no network I've waited the whole day on the 04/02 with no response. I still don't have a phone I'm yet to receive proper assitance.<br>
