Claim Cell C cellphone rates for 2 months after cancellation date.

After my cell account ended it automatically continue as they say. I then cancelled it by phoning in to the call centre. That was mid August. Thus the last paymnet is supposed to go off at the end of August. Now they commnece to send me cellphone accounts and add interest on payments.

According to them I must pay end Aug for July and End Sept for August. Thus although I cancelled in August i must still pay end Aug and end Sept.

I phoned the callcentre to explain and to request information of how they get to that. But with in a week or so I recieved a SMS that they handed it over to MBD lawers. I phoned them and according to them they just collect the money. They can not provide proof of calcualtions and now every months they add interest.

They referred me to a brance and the branch must phone the legal section, but why do they have a call centre. I feel it is unfair and the way they claim is not correct.
