CLAIM AUTHORIZATION
C-Surance as my cellphone insurance company is taking me from pillar to post regarding a cellphone claim they supposed to authorize.<br> I paid the required excess fee of R1125 into their account but till to date they are coming with excuses to authorize my claim. please assist.<br> The call center agents for C-Surance are taking me from pillar to post. worse you wait on the phone for 45 minutes with no solution.<br>
