Claim

<p>I cannot believe how difficult it is to do a claim with CELL-C SURANCE. I have been trying to get through to the call centre for the the last month with no luck never mind the bad service. I hold on for a min of 45 min .Does it really take 4 months to finalise a claim and to top it off i laid a complaint with customer service , even worse. They do not even come back to you to tell you what is happening with the claim.</p> <p>I have never dealt with such atrocious service in my life.I really do not know where to go from here.</p>
