I took out a contract with this useless network in may of 2013 and ported my number from MTN in the process. Bigest mistake of my life! <br> <br> Last year end of March i got debited R3000 for no reason. When i called in to query this, i was told i took out 2 contracts the previous month which i never did. They still went to town and debited more the ff month. After months of nagging they eventually cancelled the contracts. Unfortunately to this day i haven't seen a refund from them. <br> Every time i call to follow up i'm given a new case no and told to fax in an affidavit (which i've faxed a million times before) as they cant find my notes on their system. Its a never ending vicious cycle of cat and mouse. Whenever i phone in the system conveniently gets amnesia. Its been a year and counting.<br> <br> The last straw was when they didn't want to give me a sim swap after i lost my phone this month because their system shows i owe them R1800 from the same contracts i never took. And yet they have the never to tell me i must upgrade again. So i can suffer more? no thanks i'm porting back to MTN.<br> <br> Their call center is useless and the service is appalling!
