How long does a person have to wait with CellC in order to receive feedback if a claim was approved or not??? I submitted a claim Tuesday already, today is Friday and i have not received any communication from the insurance at all,beside the call that i made yesterday... You claim to payout within 48hours, than where is the held up???EVERYTHING that has to do with CELLC is just a nightmare

Also explain regarding the access fee, do i pay it at the store and in exchange get my phone back or do i pay and get it after 5-7days**** Got the shock of my life when the consultant told me that, when she claimed that i dont get it immediately, you guys still have to get order it from your warehouse. ***.. so this 48hrs what is it for????... Guys do not fall for the trap, CELLC is not what it used to be like. after the +-10years that m with them, iv finally decided after i finish paying my contact with them, m going to another network provider..
