CHILDREN IN DANGER BECAUSE OF CELL C

Every month I pay my contract as per agreement. Every month my phone gets cut off at least 10 and more times. Receiving text messages that my account is in arrears, which it is not. Almost every day I have to phone them to put my phone back on and the next day they just disconnect it again. With a stupid person saying they are sorry and that the allocation problem is on their side and someone will attend to the problem. Regarding me this is bridge of contract. Today my children could not get hold of me and I could not phone them to tell that I will be late. My daughter who has a disability was in a state and we had to give her medicine to calm her down. I am in tears, it feels like I am being abuse by Cell C. I just spend another 45min getting hold of someone that is not capable of helping me.
