Check your clients payments before making unjust decisions based on nonsense!!!

I guess this will be the last complaint with Cell C as this is the cherry on top. So I’ve been with Cell C for a good number of years, spending almost R70 000.00 per year on mobile contracts, all payments for services have been up to date, each month I have to email and call as my payments have not been allocated and today a Miss Govender who is the head of vetting declines the new line as I’m high risk and my business is high risk. To top it off I don’t meet the minimum requirements. So be keeping all my payments up to date from day one and I’m classed as high risk by Miss Govender??? I think it’s high time that I pay up the contracts and move over to another service provider who will appreciate my business and the fact that I keep my account and payments up to date.

You know what, I’m done with CellC. I’m sure you guys will find another “loyal” client who ensured payments were up to date, despite being affected by lockdown. I never ever had a problem with making sure my payment were up to date, but it seems as if that doesn’t count hey. Don’t call me, just leave me alone as my next move is not pay off the contract and take my business elsewhere.

Correction to the previous comment as my next move is to pay off my contracts and take my business elsewhere where it will be appreciated.

Update for Cell C head office. It seemed that Vanessa from the business desk was all too happy to email me the amounts for the contracts and also requested that I send the proof of payments along with a letter of cancellation for the services. I guess that’s a great way to retain business by opting for clients to cancel their business when Cell C has been through so much change over the past few months. Having a chat with a Cell C consultant, I realised that once I pay up all the contracts and send through the letter of cancellation of service, I will be losing all the airtime and data allocations and that I cannot let happen as Cell C will be gaining and I will be losing, which doesn’t make sense, agree? Vanessa could have at least emailed me the correct contract amounts instead of duplicating the one which reflected not 6 but 7 contracts. She should honestly take the time to read and then send information to make sure it’s correct. Having said that, my plan is to pay my contracts in advance with Cell C to ensure I enjoy the allocation of airtime and data that I’m paying for and once I’m almost at the end, I will email the kind gentleman from Headoffice that called me today as he understands the needs of customers more than what the business desk does. It doesn’t make sense to go with what Vanessa requires from me as if I pay it all up, Cell C will be scoring money of me and I will be losing out on what I paid for.
