Check the status of you cell c account
I terminated my cell c contract more than a year ago yet Cell C has not closed my account and it keeps reflecting on my credit record. I called customer service and they referred me to their legal department which never picks up.
Am I suppose to die before cell c is removed from my credit record? I don't owe them, never been in arrears yet 15 months post closing the account they still appear!
